2. The service

Eventphoto.io is a digital service that allows event organisers to collect photos and videos from guests via a unique event code and QR code. The service is available as a free plan and a paid one-time-purchase plan.

3. Plans, pricing, and payment

Free plan: currently includes up to 20 uploads per guest, images only, no AI tagging, and a 7-day event expiry.

Paid plan: a one-time purchase per event that includes up to 999 uploads per guest, images and videos, AI image tagging, and a current event expiry of 180 days. The price depends on the site you buy from:

Prices include VAT for consumers in the EU. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; VAT is calculated from your billing address and shown on the receipt. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout.

Event credits for organisations: signed-in hosts with an organisation can buy packs of event credits at a volume discount from the single-event price. Each credit activates one paid event; credits do not expire.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Available payment methods depend on Stripe, device, and region at checkout.

4. Delivery and activation

Paid features are activated after successful payment confirmation. If a free event is upgraded, the paid plan applies to the entire existing event immediately after activation.

5. Right of withdrawal

For paid digital content that is delivered and activated immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ceases once delivery has begun, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) § 18, stk. 2, nr. 13 where applicable.

6. Content and copyright

All content uploaded by guests belongs to the respective copyright holders.Eventphoto.io only stores the content temporarily as part of delivering the service. The event organiser is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from guests.

7. Expiry, deletion, and download responsibility

Free events currently expire after 7 days and paid events currently expire after 180 days. Expiry closes normal use of the event, and hosts should download needed content before that point.

An automatic job permanently deletes expired events, including all photos, videos, guestbook messages and download archives, the day after the expiry date, normally within 48 hours of expiry. Content the host deletes manually is removed at once. Deleted content cannot be recovered.

8. Limitation of liability

Eventphoto.iois not liable for loss of data due to technical errors, unforeseen outages, or force majeure. The service is provided "as is".

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.

Consumers may also bring a complaint before the Danish consumer complaints body, Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk), subject to its rules on which complaints it accepts, or the consumer dispute body in the EU country where they live.
